The Anshi Market (Tianshanwu Agricultural Market) Project is a newly constructed community commercial complex located in Anji County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Situated at the north side of Wuyuan Road and east side of Tianshanwu Road within the Yudun Community of Changshuo Street, the project covers a land area of 15,316 square meters with a total building area of 29,964 square meters.
The project integrates an agricultural market, supporting commercial and catering functions, and parking facilities. It is scheduled to commence operations in January 2025.
In November 2024, the project owner, Anji Zhifei Market Management Co., Ltd., initiated a public tender for the project's operational management. The tender sought a professional operator to undertake comprehensive management services, including project planning and positioning, preparation for opening, tenant recruitment and rental management, and daily operational management. The operational contract is set for a five-year term, divided into two phases: an initial three-year period followed by a potential two-year extension upon meeting performance targets.
The tender specified an annual base operational service fee control price of 3.63 million RMB. Additionally, a revenue-sharing mechanism was established based on rental income exceeding guaranteed minimums. A reward of 100,000 RMB was offered for successfully establishing a four-star rated agricultural market.
