Official Name: Pazhou South TOD (Phase I registered name: Pin Yue Hua Fu; Phase II registered name: Pin Chen Hua Ting).
Location: Golden Triangle area within the Pearl River-Pazhou-Huangpu (Zhu Jin Pa) Bay Zone, Haizhu District, Guangzhou.
Development Scale: The project occupies a total land area of approximately 240,000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 980,000 square meters.
Product Type: It features low-density small high-rise buildings and waterfront large flat-type residential units, comprising 24 residential buildings with heights ranging from 15 to 24 floors (Phase II).
Residential Capacity: Planned for approximately 1,780 households, with a residential plot ratio of about 2.0 and a greening rate of no less than 30.5%.
Development Status & Timeline
The project has obtained all necessary pre-sale certificates issued by the relevant authorities in Guangzhou.
The delivery is scheduled in phases: Phase I is set for completion in June 2026, with Phase II following in 2027.
