Acceptance standards for stone mosaic panels

1. For the same stone type within one mosaic pattern, the colour and texture shall be consistent, free of obvious defects such as colour difference, colour spots and colour veins, and discoloration from uneven light exposure (yin-yang colour) is not allowed.
2. The slab surface shall be free of cracks, damage and chipped edges.
3. The deviation of overall dimensions, joint gaps and pattern splicing positions shall be less than 1 mm.
4. The flatness deviation shall be less than 1 mm, with no gaps.
5. The surface glossiness shall be no less than 80 degrees.
6. The colour of filler used for joint gaps or repair adhesive for stone mending shall match the colour of the stone material.
7. Diagonals and parallel lines shall be straight and parallel; curved arcs and corners shall not be displaced, and sharp corners shall not become blunt.
